Tony Sirkin went above and beyond as far as I’m concerned in either how he explained things, being upfront and speaking in layman’s terms about the process, or helping to make sure the cabinets got installed in the best way possible. We over-measured the size of one and rather than me trying to translate everything to everyone, he offered to connect and speak to whoever to work out a solution. There were of course also the minor hiccup or two that can happen along the way in such a process but they were addressed in a timely manner as well because they stayed on top it all from start to end.”
